How do crystal grids work?2/19/2022  In my last blog, I briefly outlined that crystals have energy frequencies that many people cannot even feel but some that are lucky enough can feel their vibrations and fall in love rather easily with crystals right away. If you haven't tried to use crystals yet, what are you waiting for? My all time favourite thing to do is grab my journal and write about my dreams, where I want to be in a year, something important that I just haven't been able to perhaps find the time, finances or energy to accomplish... and then grab a fragrance, a candle and some pretty little crystals that I know will help in obtaining my goals.
I prefer to use crystal grids with LOTS of pretties adorning my mat. Choosing the perfect crystal or combination of crystals and minerals is actually quite easy. Do a little research, feel/dig through the bins to see which ones pop out at you and that's it. You do however, need to activate your crystals, which I like to do while cleaning them (I use smudge) for the first time - by talking to them to find out what they are willing to do for me. I will also blow my life force onto them after a brief communication to give them some of my energy. This seems to be very beneficial in connecting us. Some people think that I am weird when I say this but I already know that I am. I love what crystals have done and continue to do with my life. Crystal Gridwork has been very successful for me as it keeps me focused on my goals. I like to leave my grid in place until I have reached the goal that I have set for myself so that I can meditate and visualize the results several times a day. When my goal is accomplished, I can take the grid apart and clean all the crystals with love and gratitude before retiring them all back into their bowl, jar or vase to use again some day or to give to someone else as a thoughtful gift. Then you know what I do? I reach for my journal and start dreaming all over again. CRYSTALSÂ 1012/14/2022 A look at crystals for beginners. There are 3 questions that I get asked most often regarding the basics of crystals when starting a collection.
1 - What is the difference between a crystal, a gemstone and a rock? A crystal is simply a singly structured mineral that contains a crystalline atomic structure versus a rock that is made up of multiple minerals and/or crystals. All solitary minerals are Crystals. A gemstone is called a gemstone when it is beautiful enough to be used to make jewelry. That is the most basic answer that I can give. 2 - How do crystals work? While there is much debate regarding the 'magical powers' of crystals, the fact that crystals give off vibrations based on their differing molecular structure is absolutely true. Using these vibrational energies while holding, wearing or being in the proximity of crystals, one can visualize, manifest or meditate on what they need/want and the crystals are said to lend one a helping hand to accomplish goals or simply to feel better. Choosing the right crystal is highly beneficial to this process. 3 - What is a good 'beginner' crystal? There are plenty of nice crystals for you to choose from. Really the choice of your first crystal should be based on what you are wanting to achieve with it. Most people start off with a nice little amethyst cluster for about $10.
